For years, I’ve been developing my concept-style instruments – where the entire tuning system is relocated to the back, leaving the front of the guitar completely clean and free of tuning hardware.
 
For the body of The Supratendenz, I selected a beautiful, highly resonant one-piece block of flamed maple. The neck is crafted from switenia mahogany, while the fingerboard is also flamed maple, which I finished with my ocean turquoise stain. As a complementary accent, I chose our orange honey finish to create a striking and vibrant contrast.
 
Both pickups are laser-engraved with Supratendenz graphics that interact with the ornamental design on the back of the neck. The pot knobs are set with two natural zircons totaling over 5 carats, perfectly matching the color of the fingerboard.
